Very very very poor service .... staffs behave as if they own the hills ... had very bad experience in kedarnath .. these people will make u wait for hours and can stop the service at any moment and also will resume the service only if there is a pick up if not you will end up waiting for hours

Very bad experience. Governement should not give permission to operate this company. Very unorganized. We had our bookings with boarding pass in our hand,but still they cancelled.I urge never use this utair ..
