Failed appointment system, even if you take prior appointments, you would always be asked to wait for 45-60 mins. No respect to time of patients.

My grandmother who is 91 years old consulted him on 30th July 2020 for back pain and consultation was done via zoom call for which he charged INR 1,000 in advance and call lasted for about 5 minutes.. considering she is a patient who is on some heavy medication he prescribed her ULTRACET twice a day and GABAPIN 100 mg twice a day for 5 days .. due to it she had vomiting sensation as well as drowsiness and she was unable to walk on her own...I called up the clinic today in the morning and doctor wasn't ready to talk as he was busy attending OPD patients he told his receptionist to replace ULTRACET with other medicine and said would be available after 3 hours ... considering you are a doctor and your patient is not responding to the prescribed treatment you are supposed to attend him/her asap.. Highly disappointed with this doctor's attitude .. would not recommend him to anyone....

I consulted Dr. Jyoti post my consultation with two of the top notch dermatologists. I must say, it was a wonderful experience with Doc, she diagnosed me correctly and put me on right medication for 2 months, and it’s only 7 days and I feel my condition has significantly improved. What I liked most about the Doc that she let me know about the salts, a tentative turn around time of the condition and answered my questions about using another salt, unlike some of the other top notch dermatologists who would talk to you in geek, and you just feel like unwanted, ambiguous about the disease and clueless about the time to recover. I wish all the very best to Dr. Jyoti.
