We have, a few months ago, installed two Acorn chairs in the external landing area, and one Air Curved Chair-Lift for the internal stairway leading up to the duplex floor. I have found the Owners of Vin Grace and their Service Engineers very pleasant to deal with. They have promptly attended to the initial teething issues faced, and the equipment sold by them are well-engineered and sturdy. I wish them all success in the future.
I bought a chair lift 2 years ago. And a year and a half ago its remote went bad. When I spoke to Win Grace for the remote, they mentioned the price of the remote as 6500 plus GsT. It does not cost even 300 rupees but these people know very well that they will not get it from the market, so take advantage of the situation and charge the price. Really a shame
