Service not good if u visit here for bike service then pls do not believe in there time of vehicle delivery they promise for 2.00pm and deliverd at 4.30 pm very pathetic service and rude staff

Worst experience I had with NEW ERA Motors , I bought activa 5G 1 year before , Today daye 24/10/2020 I visited showroom for servicing , They told to change spark plug and air filter, and allowed them , Then after servicing I left the showroom and at evening I am going to Nagpur, on my way near mahathni toll naka , spark plug broken, When called them they even not ready accept there mistake, And when asked them to come at my place and repair they deny, Worst experience I had , even they not talk properly
