There are two pools. One for beginners and other for swimmers. Trainer available in begginner pool. Session starts from March to September. Non club members can take 30 mins slots only. Overall it's a good place to learn swimming and workout. But, pool cleaning and trainer availability needs improvement.

Behaviour of the staffs are very rude. If you are not a member and taking admission for swimming only you will be allowed in pool for half an hour only that to in a slot. Attitude of the staffs are as if they are doing some favor to allow you to swim.

LONG REVIEW BUT I TRIED MY BEST TO COVER ALL THE CONCERNED POINTS ACCORDING TO MY EXPERIENCE: i started taking swimming lessons from 1st april, 2018 to 30th september, 2018 (plus, an additional month of swimming without supervisors, i.e., october 2018). so, my experience is pretty recent. the ambiance of the club is satisfactory. however, the trainers need to be more professional. each session is of 30 minutes, with a male and a female trainer to assist the students. according to their rules, the male trainer is supposed to train the men/boys and the female trainer is supposed to train the women/girls. however, i am sorry to say that my trainer (ms. sapna) wasn't so enthusiastic in teaching at all. most of the times (read: from june to september, approximately), i didn't even see her get into the pool at all, even though it was her allotted session. thank you to mr. abhijit, who was the designated trainer during the last couple of months at my allotted time slot, i managed to learn swimming. also, at times, the pool was dirty due to insects, etc. and when asked about it, the authorities blamed it on how the maintenance crew was not coming. well, if that is so, they should try to find some other way to maintain the hygiene of the pool. i tried to be as honest as possible, because we pay a large sum of money to learn swimming here, and it's pretty disappointing when it is not upto the mark. we pay more fee than other pools in kolkata, kindly try to, at least, give us the required service in return. thank you.
