Had to get hearing aid for my 80 plus Dad who has difficulty in walking. Must say that location is not appropriate for elders due to traffic and parking congestions just outside their workplace. Got all help and care while purchasing the new aid but when I needed follow up I was juggled from one executive to another. Had a feeling, they are all helpful and friendly until they have sold their product to you. Once its done now its your headache to find them and find solutions to your after purchase issues. However I have full Regards and Respect for Mr Muddasar, the audiologist. Very cordial and of course knowledgeable
