Been going to the doctor since over an year now. She always came across as sweet. Although her treatment's never worked for us. It's antiobiotics and steroids everytime and the dose just keeps increasing in every visit but with no effect. Past 4 times, the whole process feels very monetary. You pay, you get checked and then regardless of your doubts or concerns during the treatment there is no response from the Clinic. Her staff's extremely rude and telling the doctor about it is worthless. On several occasions, going for a reconsult, on being asked by the doctor herself to do so or going for a consult, merely days after the treatment started, but had ill effects, the doctor and her staff dodge seeing/replying to your queries completely. Especially till the time you don't pay up. If you've been called by her especially at a certain date to recheck, you have to pay again. Which is absurd, because she called us for a check-up! And the sweetness doesn't really do anything till the treatment doesn't work for a doctor. Her's definitely doesn't.
Dr Deeti is so a gentle and knowledgeable person. And of course she does a good job and so professional.
It was a very good experience, Dr. Rana is well experienced and provides detailed attention to the patient. She emphatically listens to the patient and prescribes effective medicines or treatment. The best part is, she maintains proper record about the medical history of the patient, which ensures that the patient is very well taken care of. It has been an enriching experience so far, I along with 3 family members of mine, have been availing her guidance and professional services for last 2 years. For any skin related issue, you must visit this clinic and avail the right treatment required for you or your family members.
