Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. A foolish management, with a attitude. Guys, don't join in this organization especially for freshers. You will waste your time and end up with so much of disappointment. They only make false promises with people at the time of interview actually they hired me as a developer and they provided offered letter to me. But, at the time of joining they given me a silly reason like client was revoked project so that job offer also revoked.

Please don't join Flexsin their policies are very bad and they will ask you to sign a bond and they will keep one original documents at the time of joining. Recommend not to join this organisation. Management is also not cooperative.
