I've till date taken only street dogs for treatment here, so my feedback is based on those particular cases. Pros: * Open 24x7, even on public holidays * Courteous, knowledgeable staff * Treats street dogs too * Well stocked with medicines and accessories for pets * Boarding available Cons: * Quite expensive. Be ready to shell out a hefty fee if you've availed boarding too * One of the street dogs admitted for sterilization surgery died from electric shock after apparently chewing on heater wire. So I'm not sure about safety standards of the boarding * Will charge you extra, that too as per mrp, for things like canned food, shampooing etc

Dr. Jha helped in stabilising our community dog who got both her hind limbs run over. Relieved her pain, assured us she would recover within 3 months. All charges, of Dressing and bandages, X-ray, etc were minimal, considering the cause of street dogs.

Every time I have left my dog here he has fallen sick. To top that they were after me to get my dog's hair shaved and it's been 1 year plus my dog is not getting back its hair in one part of its body. When I researched it has been strictly advised Not to shave your pomeranian dog as they have a double coat. If both coats are shaved then there are chances the hair may not grow back or take too long. Being a pet clinic they should have known this and should not have asked us to shave the dogs hair or should have informed us about the consequences. Very unprofessional.

Despite the main Doctor not being in town( Dr.Jha), he answered my Wats app messages past midnight and guided to reach the clinic with my ailing 30days pup who was abnadoned by some cruel people. The medication given by prior vet did not work and Tango( my pup) was about to die. I met Doctor Gupta there ( a thorough professional) and the way he almost resuscitated my pup with a change in medicine and better living condition was flawless. The staff - Brijesh, Sachin and one more person are really caring and polite . Tango is under their care for some days now and I could not have found a better place . Life-saving for dogs . Thank you , all of you at Heal Well.
