We are a bunch of individuals who noticed that in today’s world it takes 20 mins to book a hotel or a movie ticket, but it takes more than 20 days to rent-in or rent out a rental home. In fact, we experienced that renting in/out a home is no less than a nightmare for present day Tenants/Owners, they either have to rely on property dealers who are only interested in their commission and does not provide any after sales service or they are left with options of advertising portals, where posting an advertisement results in attending various phone call from multiple property dealers. Then comes the havoc of coordinating with various people and one by one showcasing/Visiting the home, answering their queries, coordinating with maintenance guys for the up keep of home, getting the documentation & verification done and submit the same to the concerned authorities and the list goes on. Even after the home is rented out, Owners are not aware of its conditions until the tenants vacate the flat as they don’t have the time to visit and inspect their home on monthly basis. We at homizone, understand that this rental income is a secondary source of income for home owners and they do not have the time to personally manage their tenants and property, in fact, many Home Owners prefer to keep their homes locked instead of renting it out because of the hassles related to renting out of homes. Well the wait is over, we would like to officially welcome our customers to the World of hassle free renting and a new age of managed rental homes, the name of this digital world is homizone.com, which is an online marketplace for residential rental homes, where we are enabling our users to rent-in/out their homes in a few clicks from anywhere around the world, while everything else is managed by us.

Homizone is a bad company and had a very bad experience with them. Struggling to get my money back. Beware all owners thinking of using their service. When I took the services of homizone, I thought it was kind of a start-up and will be very professional with its services. I was given assurance that I will never have to worry about the services. Some of the services included : 1) Rs 500 per month worth of services like repair works will be borne by Homizone. 2) Inspect property every month and furnish report to owner. 3) Inform owner of maintenance and repair needs. Many More .. But NOT EVEN a SINGLE service was provided to me: 1) Tenant's multiple request for repair works went in vain. 2) We did not even receive a single inspection report in the last 1 year forget about the monthly report. 3) When they rented the apartment to the tenant, it took 15 days from the date of booking by the tenant and tenant's actual movement. So they didn't pay me any rent for those 15 days as well. So I made a loss there too. 4) Even mails to the owner of Homizone are going unanswered. So I didn't renew my contract with them and gave a 1 month notice to them to end it. But struggling to get my 1 month security deposit from them. I have been following up with them for the last 3 months and still to get my money back. So my serious suggestion to all the owners: 1) Don't get fooled by their promises and the services they offer. It's just on papers and words. 2) Read each and every word in their contract. When ending the contract they will go with each word that is completely in favor of Homizone. 3) Never give them any security money. They will hold you ransom for this money. 4) Other review given in Google seems to be fake and may be paid.

I don't know why people don't like their professionalism, they have awesome facilities and easy to find flat access , as we don't have to look for brokers or owners, homizone made it very easy . The problem about security is ,if you leave the flat in the exact condition how u entered it on the very first day then y will the security be cut, but it's obvious if you stay their for months it won't be in the same condition. And when we take flats directly from owners and when we are leaving the flats, even they cut more than half of the security. So it's totally right if our security is being cut. Don't expect the whole of the security back if you are staying for months, you are using everything in that flat.

Homizones is not even worth for 1 star. They are a big fraud they didnt refunded my security money inspite of paying all the rent on time. Now they are not replying even.

I am currently going through a nightmare to get the refund of my deposit. They (Homizone) have made a deduction of 50% of my deposit with bogus claims. This is how they generate their revenue. I will take out time elaborate more on this so that no one else goes through same agony.
