Bought o-general 2 ton inverter split from ice energy. The whole process of purchase till istallation was both swift and smooth. Special mention for the owner vikas, he understood my needs well, guided me the right model and gave me a good deal. They have a good range of all brands to satisfy all variety of customers. I recommend ice energy to other customers and will use their services again.

I bought an split invertor AC from them, at the time of purchase they told 1 10 year warranty and to extend the warranty on unit till 5 year you need to enroll in a program where on the next year onwards you have to take the service one time in each year( till 5 year) from the Brand's engineer, When I reach out to Brand's customer care to register for that program then I got to know that the product has 19 year warranty and you need 2 services per year to take the warranty, Also at the time of billing they charge 2% extra on credit card in digital India ( even if in my home town which is very small town then Noida, no charge is taken on credit card swap), and when I call them for this discrepancy, they put the blame on you, that you are not remembering the things. It's like now the product is sold, nothing can be done. Not recommended at all, First and Worst experience.
