Indiadonates is a 'not-for-profit'​ web based platform providing intelligent solutions for NGOs in India to raise funds for development programs. It seeks to bridge the gap between the donors and beneficiaries. Indiadonates is an initiative of  Financial Management Service Foundation (FMSF) for creating sustainable programs through viable fund mobilisation mechanism. During FMSF's several years of engagement with NGOs across India, it realised that without adequate funds many of the unique initiatives conceptualised by these NGOs cannot get implemented and thereby lose the momentum of social change. Indiadonates is legally held by DevPro Trust which is part of the FMSF family and is driven by the same core values. Building Trust: Building trust with donors is one of the key focus areas for Indiadonates.in Donors have to be assured that their funds are utilised well and accountability ensured at all the levels. Therefore, one of the unique features will be to disclose the amount of money raised, transferred to the project, utilized by the project and balance available. Further, most of the features have been automated with very little human intervention. This will bring down the transaction cost and ensure standardization. Most importantly, FMSF or any of its related entities would not raise funds for themselves through this portal. The entire fund raising will be done for the NGO Projects. There will be an option for the donor to contribute to Indiadonates.in, which will be exclusively used for managing the cost of running this initiative.
