Highly unprofessional and no work ethics. I had a small order of 1,700 and was supposed to get in 2 days but was delivered in 5. They had not even started printing till the 4th day. Once I got the pamphlets, I noticed after half of them had been distributed already, the phone number was wrong. On complaining, I was told it's not their responsibility. They were not even ready to bear half the cost. It was obviously an error on their end while taking my mobile number. They added a digit extra so I shouldn't be the one facing the loss. Really unhappy with my experience and don't think I would want to go there again.
