For an outdoor lunch for around 30 guests , we thought of dhaba theme and tried Mohit Caterers. Noida for the first time after an extensive on-line search. Their “on- site prepared” five types of parathas with curds , chutney , green salad , pickles and lassi turned out to be a big hit. Their rates are quite reasonable and delivery bang on time . Right till the end , everything was abundantly available and Mr Kanak’s estimate of requirement of disposable items ( plates, bowls. cutlery etc ) supervision of his staff , of the lay out / arrangement , of timely preparation and service was all spot on ; efficient and effective. Parathas were a great hit Let’s see how you come up with an entirely different menu next time !
