Their service was prompt and effective. The attendant they supplied, Roopa, tended to my mother in the last 21 days of her life and was very caring and considerate of my mothers' needs. The staff provided is fine. But the management is quite poor. The management tries to make fool of consumers by forcing their will on them. I took baby sitter and later maid services from them. Experience with maids was fine. But the management didn't care for safety of customer while giving replacement. Even if you pay, replacement is there for a day only and then they force you to take someone else. Update: 28 Dec 2020 I am revising my feedback based on the recent conversations and for the fact that I. Quite satisfied with the maid that works for me. The management responded quickly to me with explanation of the reasons of replacement. (I have refrained from taking replacement).
