The shoes was given for sole replacement in Feb. Post that, within 15 days, heel side was coming off. Given back for repair again. Then lockdown happened. Post reopening of store in Mall of India, was told that stuff is being brought back from other stores and I shall be called. Been over a month. No call received, no call answered. Pathetic service, overall
