Have been shopping for a job that we have been tasked to fill. We are a Border State to Mexico and do a large amount of business with strong political connections resulting in abnormally large quantity campaign shirt orders for entire country of Mexico involved in the upcoming elections. As I am reaching out to vendors I come across this particular company that is falsely advertising a price per shirt that they cannot supply and I am dealing with a very verbally abusive representative. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. A representative named “Taniya Chauhan” told me to “Fck Off”. I have found another provider in India and they will receive the true order of well over 5million that we do have commitments for. Why would you have someone like this as the face of your company. Very bad move.....

Highly unprofessional lot. Bogus sort of company. If you're a corporate or a Private Label like ours, they are just not the right company for you. Got through to them via Alibaba. Reporting this company there too. Not worth being on the the international platforms. Note to owners: Please quit.

I spent 4 weeks working with Rosalie and his team at Print Casual Brands, I sent them an example of the shirt I wanted. Rosalie assured me that Print Casual can meet my requirements and the needs of our company. After 4 weeks I got a sample shirt that didn't meet any of the requirements I asked for. They spent no time in even trying to meet my needs. I sent him a high quality designer shirt and in return they sent me a shirt you wouldn't even want to wear to sleep. If you time is valuable DO NOT waste you time in trying to work with this company.

Print casual has a more efficient customer support service, which makes a difference. They resolve queries of customer till utmost satisfaction and without delay. It's a comparatively new company but they never seems like new in business and deal customer professionally and deliver their products on time without failure. Their costing is amazingly reasonable and again you can also negotiate with them for a better deal.
