The property might be good.. But the sales team is very cunning and bad mouth people. Very bad language people... Do not proceed on mere sample flat. I am stating you my experience of Nov 2020. I'll mannered sales person. As soon as you start asking questions they will suddenly loose the cool.. Do not trust.

Corrupt builder of all times. They simply know how to launch a project, fool people by building castles in the air, churn hard earned money from people and then sit tight. Go and check how people who invested in their Organic Ghar and Organic Homes project are struggling and running from pillar to post to get their money back. Most of them have already filed the case in RERA to get back the money. Be very careful about their sweet talks!! Ask them about these two projects and then you would realize yourself!!

This is one of the most corrupt and wretched builder of all times. They launched Organic Ghar and Homes with much promise and dreams and we all invested money through EMI along with paying rent money every month but it turned out to be a big time fraud. No one picks the call once you invest with them. Rather you cannot think of getting your money back ever. Most of us are filing case against them in RERA to get the money. Please be careful and invest carefully with them.

Work on the Forest Floor apartments has been put on hold for last couple of months. Despite big promises of on time delivery at the time of the sale, the Rise Group has also turned out like any other builder, who make promises that they can't keep. They are focusing more on the commercial project which was launched later than the residential project.
