All employee of this factory are mannerless and abusive. Even Factory incharge Mr Nagendra Singh is a very good abuser. He knows every possible abusing words in the dictionary of epithet. He only makes people and its labour fool instead of paying money and give them mouthfull abuses. He asks his employee to give him wine party. Products are totally like less than SHARBAT. Means super flop quality.

ssmp as an employer big cheater . SSMP never co-oprate with its employees and there is no good environment for work as an employee. In case of full and final company never paid for any employee against thier deductions.. This happens due to its MD Mr. Manoj Kunwar is a big cheater and always make its employee fool to show big dreams and nothing return to employee . There is 100 % manipulation of MD and Top Management . Its All department are very poor like HRD and Admin are most of poor department . Its HRD Director Mr. Surendra Kumar also a big cheater. He never co-operates with any employees in any case as a HR Director. Means There is 100% blackmailing of employees . So never think about join SSMP Industries Ltd if you getting any offer from it.
