Worse Security Guards I've ever seen in my entire life... They have zero knowledge about the professionalism. I stay in society in noida where they provide the security guards and my wife work in U.S shift and every time she pass through the main gate the security guards make her so uncomfortable and also misbehave I tried contacting the agency through the website but nothing is working thats why I'm writing this there. This is a serious complain and warning to the company I need strict action against the responsible gurds or else this case will go to the legal authorities ..... For rest information about the society and case mail me @ [email protected] I'm expecting the quick response from the company owner or the concern team or else as I said I'll take the case to the legal authorities on Monday.

I have heard that the service of this company is very Good and all the employees are very happy and feeling glad to work with this company, If I get any opportunities from this company then I will definitely joined and leave my current job and be a part of Tricolor. Really the employees of this company are very professional and good manner.
There is no need to ask identity... You can check by yourself, if you are really concerned.. First improve yourself then ask about review... Seems very unprofessional company, personnel deployed at site Galaxy Vega are highly unskilled and untrained. Tricolor is third party facility provider at Galaxy Vega but worked as Galaxy Groups partner, So even through service is not good they should work like third party. Few highlights of awful services: 1. Many broken and not working instruments in Gym and Club 2. They haven't fixed the lock of changing of swimming pool from last 2-3 months now 3. Shower at swimming pool is broken from last 1 month now 4. Water in swimming pool mostly unhealthy 5. Some lights in Park mostly Off 6. Even waste laying on walking track and they need more than a week to clean 7. Without sticker Cars used to park in different parking and security unable to handle 8. Through main gate to commercial entrance many cars parked so even one car cannot pass from their 9. In night shift most of found sleeping and no one pick the call, facility and security both. Recently few photos circulated 10. No regular maintenance of equipment installed like Lifts Above all issues highlighted can be fixed by a good Team of management and skilled technicians, not at all required much money. As we aware that money may the issue due to stopped AMC by many residents, but i believe that most of the resident stopped due to irresponsible and ignorance behavior of Staffs so if irregularity will fixed then obviously many resident would pay AMC.
I would say average... off course response time is poor... Most of the important works stuck between Tricolor's or Galaxy's Scope. When Tricolor was deployed, i had sent few emails regarding Scope of works but haven't got any response! As a growing company Tricolor's directors should come and interact with Residents and try to make facility responsive and responsible.
