There are 3 rounds of interview for even small post.They are confused what they are looking for and at the end you are not even informed about your selection until and unless you call them back. Very high expectations from a fresher.. Unhappy
I was given interview at this organization and taken by Kunals.He has taken interview and Said like Positive and Move to next round.Next day Hr said like got a feed back from kunal is -ve.I have all the recording sessio n also what i did in interview.I thought that they are just blaming to all and time waste.I said the all questions with experience.I have 6 years experience.But they are wasting the time people. Don't go for this organization and Just time pass.Worst company with senior people. Worst company.I have never seen in my carrier.
Nice company. I was interviewed there. I had four rounds of interview. The interviewer very supportive and nice natured. Pros: good environment, nice team, a lot to learn. Cons: why do you want to change your job? If you'll give genuine reason they won't believe you. So guys be prepare for the fancy answer. Gud luck!
