It was a nice store with categories such as living, dining, bedroom, study, and decor. The quality of the furniture and the decor was good.

My first visit to a brick and mortar store of Urban Ladder. Already have a lot of stuff which we keep ordering on line. The staff is very helpful and respond to your questions with patience. There's some sale or the other going on. Got a deal on curtains. More buying to follow for sure.

Got a call from support team. As per them cushion will loose its firmness in a year and that is expected though we will not mention it anywhere. They do a quality inspection so can't do anything now point is when they delivered this sofa first time it had fixed seats instead of detachable one so yes I am very confident about their quality checks. And they won't change the cushions because for that they need to pay to vendor so they just want to save cost and not customer. The option they gave me to get the refund of 75% and return the item, so we are fool to give them 17000/- for using this sofa for 10 months. So whole story in short for all, go to your local market, but a good sofa. I am sure you will be getting better price and if you are looking for a better quality or customer satisfaction, then sorry that you won't get from #UrbanLadder too.
