Builder are cheaters, I'm filing case against them for harassment, don't buy or rent any property without checking market reputation. Occupants & buyers are very angry & facing harassment by management. My possession is on hold from more then 1 year inspite all payments made... it's open secret that they are defaulters.

Actually this company does not deserve any rating as it does not have any management to whom you can talk ..they sell their property and there after the do not entertain their clients. They sell their property at one price and there after go on adding various unreasonable cost. Any delay is charged @24% whereas they do not pay anything on delay of the project which is their character. Hence in nutshell this company is big cheat.

Finally a fir on dated 21.08.2016 u/s 506/509 at 9: 50 pm has been registered against arun ghai (Cmd of urbtech india developers p limited) his close aides & director vijay rana, bablu chitrath, ravinder mishra & all other directors to harassed a maried women in their office. Pl join to make a group to fight against the above said persons for swift action.. Fir registered for \abusing a married women on the phone and sent her character assassination & threating messages on her mobile late in the night around 10.45 pm when she was asking to refund her amount paid against her office space booked in npx project which is been cancelled\ and no chance to revoke for less than 10 years Npx buyer
