I work with Walker Chandiok, Delhi. I wasn't paid for 6 months because of an approval process pending at HR level. The HR department here works at a pace slower than government department. I went through financial crisis situation during those 6 months since i had to borrow money from friends without knowing when ill be paid next. And even after 6 months i was paid but not the amount i should have. I called Hr to know the reason behind the shortfall ( these people are hard to catch..they hardly pick up calls and even if they do, they dont really resolve your issues). HR told me about a policy which is surely made to torture the people on loan staff. In nutshell, GT doesnt give the same pay to loan staff people who become consultant after completing their articleship as they give to people who started on their roll. I would definitely like to switch the moment i get a good opportunity. No peace of mind working in this kind of environment.
