The worst service I ever found. The traint that I travelled on 22nd Nov was stinking worst than a public toilet. Ths the Himalayan queen train that you bost about just lost its prestige and reputation. IRCTC you are doing a great job in draining Indian Railways into the abyss.

We travelled with the Himalayan Queen where this company had taken up the cleaning services and the entire place was stinking And it was impossible to even breathe during the entire journey. Made the journey extremely unpleasant.

Greetings for the day... The Service you are providing in D GARIBRATH.. Train No. 12216 is good which keeps train clean.. But the persons collecting garbage from the passenger is not doing their duty properly as, they collected the garbage but, throwing it out of the train, from the gap between the two connecting coaches next to the toilet... They are only keeping plastic bottles with them to sell. I would like to request you to take appropriate action immediately. To keep India Clean.

Travelling from Bhagat ki kothi to Bandra. Train No 22966, misbehaving and rude staff at Bhagat ki kothi station on 31st march 2018 at around 7 pm. Cleaning staff is lazy and cleaning technique is just cleaning some random seats with same used cloth from first coach s1 to s13 and that to not wiping it properly. They start from first seat from a coach and skip all seats in between and directly move to last seat. So instead of cleaning around 70 -80 seats in a coach they just clean around 15-20 seats. That doesnt sound to me like 1crore project from Indian railways. Please try to train your staff properly and then deploy on field. Rest of the services are good.
