For all those who a trying to loose weight, EAT AND DELETE!! This is what Namrata told me and surprisingly it turned out to be true! My experience has been excellent with Namrata. What I like the most is she understands that each person and their different goals and plans their diet program accordingly. There is no "One diet fits all" concept. She properly understood my reason for approaching a dietician (had to loose weight due to medical problems) and then prepared a detailed diet plan as per my body. Further, she closely monitored the progress and changed the diet as required. This really helped me get a long way. Moreover, she aims to help her clients to incline towards a healthy lifestyle, not just temporary weight loss or gain. This is something which truly stands out. Look no further if you need a professional advice on your diet or nutrition plans. Highly Recommended!! My best wishes to OmNam!
