The staff is not interested in showing you products. The service is really poor. The staff ladies are more interested in doing their own makeup rather than assisting the customers. The male staff is rude and arrogant (god knows why). The staff crowds the small store. You cant even choose a product peacefully as the staff makes you really uncomfortable. I love Nykaa and its products but i would prefer buying it online instead of going there.

I have visited this stop multiple times and always had worst experience with them. Staffs were more instead in thier chitchat, but yes if you are VIP customer they will treat you very good.

nykaa luxe store..great place to buy luxury brands like mac,kay beauty.. amazing customer service,staff was very polite and helpful. best thing is sales person like any other beauty counter stall or store,are not after you to buy stuff forcefully by using their marketing skills.

They understand the taste of the walkins and they guide them so really well. And the best part is they expalin u each and every minute answer before even the question comes to ur mind. The Nykaa store attends only VIP families,Nykaa store staff do not give demos too well, customer can be from any high middle and lower families, Nykaa store staff please change and behavior. Good Behavior with your customer.
