Situated near OMR. After Perungudi toll near by LVB ATM. Go inside and you can find the place. Ground Floor and Friendly Staffs. Reasonable cost for testings.

We were referred to shabdham hearing aid center for my uncle's hearing problem. We had a very good response from the audiologist and other staffs. Hospitality and ambiance is exceptionally good. My uncle was given adequate time for trialing the hearing aid.They clearly discussed about the different types of hearing aids and gave different options also.we bought the hearing aid and my uncle is so happy with the hearing aid they suggested.They are providing house visits also for further follow ups.We are very much satisfied with their service.Thanks a lot. I would recommend shabdham for others.

Extremely poor service in attending to customer. The audiologist Mr. Ramesh keep saying he would attend but never came or never called to say he won't be coming. I called him on multiple days without any success. Then I called their office to speak to the owner but one Ms.Gunalakshmi would not give the owner name and number. Extremely unprofessional. I want the owner to call me.

We've had horrendous experience here. My father is 60 and is having issues with hearing. We were recommended to this place and when we went they did some tests by pouring some wax in his ears. He felt so much pain and his hearing capacity worsened further. And to our nightmare, the hearing aid that was provided doesn't work properly and we've made so many complaints so far. Disappointed.
