Recently, I came in contact with so-called fitness instructor at the facility. Her name is Anshikha Rajput. When I asked her if she is certified and what does her personal training include? She said, yes, she is a personal trainer there and it includes diet boss and personal training. When I asked her, that's okay, but please let me know your certifications and what you're trained in. She was all blank. Huh, just putting pics on your social platform and showing yourself as a trainer doesn't make you one. Guys, do not get into the trap of personal trainers at gym facilities. Only go to these high end gyms if you at least have 50% knowledge of fitness, weight training, cardio. Rest come with time.
