I am satisfied with your product and price I regret to state regarding you service, Unable to get reply in time from ( Bafna Surgical)your staff for enquiry / order except Mr. Moulik I appreciate service given by Mr. Moulik Even i asked for Vissco belt freight , unable to get even after 48. Hours U may be dealing wholesale, but for retail U should improve to reply customer in reasonable time Regards Deepak Shah
