I'm the type of person who likes to ask a lot of questions when purchasing something like a guitar which has so many varieties and configurations. Lalit from Guitar Drive took the time to patiently answer all my questions, some of which were probably downright silly. He showed me probably over a dozen guitars, and had no problem that I wanted to hold and play each of them to get a feel of what they sound like. Since I'd never played guitar before, I asked him to show me a couple of chords, to which he gladly obliged. That really helped me get a good feel of each guitar and make an informed choice. These guys never pushed any products or accessories on to me either, and even threw in a gig bag, picks and capo. I had a great experience buying from here and will definitely be recommending this store to every musician I know!

I bought an Ibanez electric with HSH configuration from Onstage, for my son, in March 2020. The recommendations made by Bhuppi were both honest and limited to what we were looking for; neither did he push sell any extras, nor another product/accessory. In fact, we got the guitar cord and strap free of cost. Although we are still to use the post-sales service here, however, I am confident that they should score high there as well. I highly recommend this shop for buying music instruments.
