My family has ordered a 5 kw inverter from ornate solar and the make is solax. I have been complaining to the company since last many months that the inverter is not at all working and to replace it but no resolution is given yet. Everytime they say that the inverters come from out of India and we cannot do anything then to wait. Very much upset from there after sale service. Asked them to provide a service inverter till thet time but for that too they are not at all responding. Highly recommend not to believe them for their services.

We made two large purchases from Ornate Solar for Canadian Solar panels and Solax inverters. It was great to work with the entire team, from the customer care to the delivery team! The prices are the best and they were very accommodating as well. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be doing business with them in the future!
