Pathetic customer service from Ossur and its dealer Not getting response from anybody on the faulty uoader i received against purchase of Unloader smart dosing (paid 55,000/- ) for one pc.within 4 months it strap is eared out. Since 15 days there is no response on repair/ replacement.
