I would like to say... Before come to this place I was living with zolo, and that was my best of the best experience, but here! no housekeeping staff are available, DTH.. but u have to recharge it, since 3 last night I'm not able to sleep well, due to bedbugs and other pests inside my room, only 1 day housekeeping in a week instead of 2 days, no proper cookware provided, no pesticides sprinkled in the room, many hidden charges will be levied, 120 days lock-in period, very tiny balconies, in totality this is the worst place I have ever have... Zolowas the best in services, hygiene, food, staff behaviour, no lock-in period, best housekeeping services, u can ask for even on odd days, even some time they give room services if u requested, "subject to ur property care taker"... *Nd the bestest thing at zolo is the RENT which is 2500/- less than this oyo property* Now I'm think I stucked in Oyo...

Property is fine but location is not that good as its on the back side of S Block and during rainy season it get worse.

This is place is the worst one..It is not OYO life it is hell ..Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.....rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location... overcharged for electricity... strictly NOT RECOMMENDED
