They only know you till you pay. Later they don't listen to Ur issues. They all are just agents who sell their products. As i escalated my issue about the trip. They don't even care to call and help. All are just there to do their job till u but the package. All are like a team of professionals in convincing you to buy the trip. They do nothing to support the client. Never trust such agency who can't solve or help after paying for the trip. Worst ever trip.

First of all, I would like to thank all the OYO team member for giving us such a beautiful tour package. I feel very glad to inform you that our tour package has been very good. I had booked a trip for andaman. They totally messed it up. They travel agent promised us some rates and took the token amount of 5k. Later on they doubled the rates and told that the travel agent made some mistake while giving us the details. We asked them to refund the amount. It's been two months and we have not yet received the amount. Customer support is not toll free. Nobody picks up the customer support number. Everyone is like we have forwarded it to this or that team. NEVER GO WITH OYO TOTAL HOLIDAYS or your money will be wasted too.

Considerably good packages are offered. Prices are also reasonable comparing other holiday travel booking sites. Still need some more efficiency in customising packages, and selecting hotels and locations according to customer preferences. Overall experience is good.

Last year booked for North east, the biggest mistake is booking oyo holidays, from the day I booked and the trip which ended was full of tension, they messed up everything in the trip. They booked the flight tickets but flight got cancelled and I asked them to book another ticket on the day of journey just few hours before the trip start, and guess the iternary planed 2 hours before the flight . Second thing when we landed at darjling no one representative from oyo was there, contact number was given wrong and waiter in airport for almost 5 hours after 30 calls to customer care. For every planned visit I called customer care to get representative number which they always gave wrong. Customer care doesn't care of customer they only say will get back and never comes back, one guy abruptly cut the call. The only good thing was the guy which I booked locally at gangtok, he helped me in giving good driver and plan. I say never ever take risk with oyo holidays, they are very worst. I am affried of trip after that. I want to give negative ratings but it will not take.

Faced problem while check ins and breakfast coupons were not given to hotels so had to pay everywhere for food. Even tho I called as requested to provide my query was not taken care
