I ordered Luminous Eco Volt 850 Inverter and Luminous RC16000ST Tubular battery. Prices were fine as per others. I clearly discussed with Mr. Anmol Pahwa that i need latest code/ month battery only to which he mentioned that he will send Year '20 battery only. When delivery was received, battery was found to be Jul'19 which means 1 year of shelf life. Lead Acid batteries degrade fast. Battery while sale MUST not be older than 6 months. But even after clear instruction and agreement, Mr. Anmol sent old dated battery. It's clear breach of trust. I had to take the delivery because i was already suffering from power-cuts. Later i enquired with many dealers. RC16000ST Feb'20 was available with same price. When i talked to Mr. Pahwa, he said it is due to Covid and all. Covid will not result in Jul'19 battery being available in Jul'20. Surely Mr. Anmol Pahwa had bad intentions, he even after discussion sent incorrect battery. Will never deal with him again as my trust has been broken.
