Yamaha two wheeler bike showroom located on the Namakkal Tiruchengodu highway with low parking area. All Yamaha bike service is accepted during day time. Chairs are placed for only booking people. No chair is for other customers. You have to stand all the time for finishing your job. No customer oriented questions for waiting people. We have to raise questions. Incharge people are doing their job perfectly. Narrow gap towards entrance is very hard to reach.

Excellent service and good staff.
Not so satisfying.. I left my bike for service and the best part the mechanic don't even go for trial rides before and after service.. Yet you are proposed with valve head adjustment which would cost 3.5k on first look.. Best part.. upon payment, you are requested for smart phones, where the cashier would go on to rate their company as 5 stars in google.. this is totally misleading for all, which I strongly recommend Yamaha to intervene...
Very bad experience from this showroom on(11th Jan 2021), sales manager is very eager to sell the accessories not the bike. We went to buy R15 V3 with full payment. Spoke with sales manager and asked for detailed quote he added 4K amount for accessories(mobile charger, slider, seat cover and tank pad). We said these are not necessary for us so exclude these things but he said we should buy this otherwise whom will buy these things that we have stock in our showroom. After few arguments finally he said, if you buy the accessories along with the bike we will book the bike,. We said there is one more showroom in salem rode we will get there, he smiled and said that also their sub branch so there also same procedure.So on the same day we bough a KTM DUKE 200 with ready cash and got delivered next day with great customer satisfaction. The Owner should look for their growth otherwise some one may escalate this kind of issue to YAMAHA. I wonder how this showroom got 4.5 rating and checked most of the 5 start reviews are reviewed by a person who reviewed only one review in their entire experience. Actual reviewers mostly gave 1 start rating and review.
