Very old & popular center, Went here last week for Urine test & have come here many times before for Ultrasound and lab tests as I have kidney problem. Rates are moderate & they have shifted reception in open garden area due to corona which is good as this place is always busy. Report quality is quite good.

My family & I have been getting our health checkup done from here every year basically since last 15 - 20 years. I recommend going early in morning as cholesterol test requires 8-10 hours fasting & there is less rush at that time. I would also suggest you to keep the bill & use Tax savings under section 80 D on Preventive health Checkups.

My 4th visit for liver ultrasound. So far my experience has been good. Dr. Batra is very famous doctor so waiting can be there. Twice i had to wait for my turn. Some staff is good like lady receptionist but some needs changes as they work slow. Also my suggestion is you should provide complimentary Tea/coffee to patients.

They don't value your time they will tell you to wait for 10-15 mins and make u wait for more than 2 hours and take your money in advance so you can't move to any other clinic. If you speak up they only gives reasons Even 500 for an X-ray and waiting time is 2 hours they feel like their patients are some joke from which they could take money and make one suffer who is already in pain. This Clinic is Worst than Government Hospital. Kinda make me laugh though

POOR SERVICE I really had worst experience in terms of dealing, they don't revert properly.i went for my fifth month pregnancy ultrasound and even after requesting they refused to show the live screen, I already had my 2 ultrasound from another diagnostic center and they have shown the live screen and even elaborated that how my baby is growing and developing. The staff is too casual for query and short tempered they behaved rudely with everyone as if we are taking free services. Will never ever recommend anyone to visit and have their service.

I have visited there last week with my friend for her ultrasound I experienced Great there the receptionist is so lovely talks very politely I should recommend so that sitting management should be improved in winter for her and for us doctor is very good must visit here too cold outside very sweet Moti aunty

Bad experience..they do not explain anything..We went for ante natal screen, but neither screen was shown nor anything explained. Totally mechanical. I am doctor myself so I can better understand this lack of doctor patient relationship here. I don't recommend this center for anyone
