It is an open garbage dump. Now the side adjoining the road has been covered from the view by aluminium sheets. The road leading to entrance is very dirty and foul smelling. By now you can see the heaps of garbage as they are rising above. Although I am not sure but there seems to no facilities for processing the huge amounts of garbage.
