Poor service. No recommended for services or repair. They took around 2 weeks to return me the guitar.They told me for pasting it's 300rs. But when I got there to pick it up, they asked for 500 because they changed the strings without even asking. Like most of them were new. Very bad experience. Don't go.

I have been a loyal customer to the store for around 5-6 years (back when it used to be the Guitar Shop) even though the items I purchased were costly as compared to other offline and online stores. A week ago I purchased a Kaps Guitar cable which the 'Seller' referred as good quality and better performing cable and I even bought which I felt was still overpriced but had no option since there are no music stores nearby. After few days of using the cable, it stopped working and was defective. I went to return/replace it this morning but the 'Seller' simply said- 'Yeh toh kharaab hoti rehti, hum wapas nahi lete.' Wow! That's how you treat loyal customers :D Pathetic Customer Service! If you are looking to buy Musical Instruments/Accessories, I would strongly recommend trying other stores in Chandigarh rather than buying Over-Priced items from this store. Ps. Don't fall for the 5 star reviews as most of them has been posted by the students taking classes there.

Got a single key for Casio repaired for which they charged Rs 500. The same key got repaired from a renowned store in sector 27 Chandigarh for just 50 rs. A Times price difference. Not worth it at all

Overall good experience buy guitar from there it cost me around 2200 of givson .There is great decrease in rate from what earlier told to me. If you want guitar then buy considering from here. Guitar glasses also provided by them and they teach well over there.
