On 10/06/2019 after receiving a Pro Forma Invoice we paid Rs. 35695/- in advance to Paras Impex for 150 Sq. Ft. Glass Mosaic Tiles for swimming Pool. Now we have found out that the tiles (Mridul Glass Mosaic Tiles) which this company Paras Impex promised to supply us are out of production. Knowing this fully well Sachin Jain of Paras Impex took the advance payment in full plus freight from us. When we did not receive our order as agreed we asked Sachin Jain to refund our money but he stopped answering our calls and emails. We will be serving a legal notice to Sachin Jain / Paras Impex to claim our refund and damages.
