This is the building seen by a bus.... there are lots of amenities.... like a swimming pool..yard and nice and spacious houses... #thebestbuy

This parking is exactly as you would expect from BMC. It was Free earlier but has become Paid Parking now. Premises are maintained poorly, your car will be covered with dust by the end of the day. Corruption has also started. I paid Rs.100 for a full day's parking but the contractor generated Rs.50 receipt, wrote 100 by hand and gave it to me. I stood my ground, insisted he generate a Rs.100 receipt from the machine and refused to leave without it. Reluctantly after a couple of excuses, he did what I asked. This happened on two separate occasions that I parked there.

The Building is great but the Government has made the public parking lot that the developer was forced to build into a junkyard. Rats, stray dogs, old discarded vehicles, construction debris...the list goes on. It's is a shame that in a city with the space limitations we have that this valuable asset is treated with sheer apathy. No maintenance at all....
