Just like Bihar government this department is also there for name sake they will give u date and once u will reach there they will say that today no hearing u come next time . they will harrass u so much u will think to complain about them .just waste of money and time this department should be closed immediately atleast people money and time will be saved.

बिल्कुल बकवास है सुनवाई का तारीख दे कर एक दिन पहले तारीख बदल जा रहा है और शिकायत को निगेटिभ लिस्ट में डाल दिया गया है।
