Suraj is a very compassionate and considerate person, he came rushing to pick up my dog, Coco all the way to Arey Milk Colony because I was placed in quarantine. This was the first time that Coco (who is a rather aggressive 12 year old) stayed away from me or my mother and I was very sceptical about his chances of coping away from home. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see my dog so comfortable and at ease. Now he's been back home for over 2 weeks and still looking for Suraj which speaks volumes about the service and care provided! I would also like to mention that Coco is a renal patient and suffers urinary incontinence which means he needs to be walked often and cleaned up on a regular basis. He was adequately cared for and came back squeaky clean with no visible health issues. I highly recommend Suraj's services mainly because he truly cares about animals. Such places are hard to find in Mumbai.

While there are several pet houses these days with different charges and facilities I would never want to compromise on care but would only want the best for my pet! During my survey I did learn a lot about pet care services and how they function in Mumbai! Most them work around by making huge claims but serving nothing at all!! They colorful walls and fancy setup/cctv cameras never impressed me! I was always looking for home than a commercial kennel!! Sooraj came to our rescue finally when I had to leave Mumbai for couple of weeks! All said and done he did what is he promise that was nothing but the best! Everything taken care of just at 550rs a day for our cat & 1000rs a day for dog which did include his food. While they provide food one is free to send treats, toys, package food and even a bed if needed for me it was easy as I would either order from Amazon or a pet shop which they had tie up with. Needless to say I was happy looking at videos of my pet dog and cat interacting with other pets and play session. It's a home stay so it gave them home like feeling without any cages or restrictions!! As our stay was long it wouldn't workout without support of the boarder and his understanding. It is responsible and professional support for anyone looking for pet care in budget! Not all pets are the same what worked out for pet may not work out for your pet!! They do reject pets after trial stay if they don't settle in or get along which is more like a transparent approach. I have been using their service for 3 years now and there is no complaints at all! They give you the best care! Pets come back healthy and clean. I would recommend them highly enough.

Thank you for taking good care of our cat after her major surgery. It couldn't be easier without your help. Glad to know someone is there to help in such situations too rather than just taking care only when the pets are fine. Good care and personal touch this place is one of the best! I would highly recommend this service. If they can take good care of with medical needs and special care it's a cakewalk to care for healthy pets. They provide 24 hrs support and video calling was also made available Special recovery meals were provided for faster recovery. As it was post surgery it was well sanitized and cared for. Would highly recommend this service!

I won't just call it a PET BOARDING service but a second to my pet. I came across this facility by Mumbai animal lovers network. I all though had high regards for personally recommended facility but having my experience gave me confidence in them. Daily activities are updated with time to time. If you want to treat your pet with joyful vacation I would say this is the place! We had kept our pet baby TOFFEE (labrador) with Sooraj for 10 days, trust me she was treated like a princess and their own baby. To our surprise we didn't feel her absence even for an hour. Sooraj the owner of pet boarding had created a WhatsApp group where the entire family was added and we were upadated on each of her activities entire day from morning to night. Not only this, the team made an amazing effort to bathe her, taking her on a long walks and treating her with yummy snacks in between. I must say my baby had a spa experience in these 10 days. H4P not only made our pet happy, also made the pet owners happy. I would love to give a 10 star rating.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I never write reviews but I had too. I went out of town for a couple of days and didn’t have anyone to dog sit for me. Found this place and it ended up being a 5 minute drive from my house which is a bonus! The owner is EXTREMELY accommodating and overall amazing. They truly care and love each individual dog and it shows. I recently rescued my dog in September and was a little nervous to leave her by herself, but she had a blast. They constantly kept all the parents updated through Instagram so I never had to worry if my dog was okay. The facility is beautiful and spacious. When I had originally called they told me that I was more than welcome to take a tour and that settled my nervous. Since I was away I called multiple times and they were more than happy to answer all my questions. My favorite part is they have video calling that are accessible so you, are able to watch your dog during play hours. If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would!!!

Professional care with personal attention to every single pet! Clean and safe place but less number of pets Calls are taken any hour of the day and updates are honest. There is a difference in a professional keeping and handling your pet than staff at home or any random kennel service. This is the only certified and registered pet boarding in the city! For accommodation with all the love and care a pet parent would need for their pets I recommend this place.

Our cat enjoys her vacation cage free and happy here! The services are available even at short notice we get regular updates on her. She had lived lived with them post surgery too and even on the days of her life when couldn't be there for her they were there! Cats are kept separate or with dogs as per cat to cat comfort. Separate area or the place is never my concern but the person managing it is! It's well managed and run by him. Food is provided time to time even individual play sessions for cats which is rare! My cat didn't get into any cat fights here but she made new friends keeping social distance from few.. I would like to recommend it for anyone looking a vacation home for their pet.

I have found the place very clean and well maintained. I have kept both my pet dog and cat for extended stays on several occasions here. My Max and Minnie were glad to get a chance to live together rather than in a kennel service that would separate them and keep caged! Both of them lived cage free and happy. My dog was well cared for and my cat got post surgery care here. The place made them feel like home and didn't make both of them miss me at all!!! Apart from the food i usually give, they gave fresh meals too. I was glad to see regular updates on WhatsApp. I have visited the place on serval occasions and know that all of the pets get regular walks and activities to engage in at the boarding. No pets are tied up or caged. Generally FEMALE pet dogs in heat are not taken in to avoid mating but if they are taken in they keep them separate. I would highly recommend this facility without any doubts.
