PetFelix was a warm and loving home for our pet Lego. He spent over a month being healthy and very happy. It was the first time we were leaving our 6 month old Lego at a boarding, but he had the most loving caretakers and he was eating well and keeping well too. We are so happy with the regular videos being shared and we could see he was not missing us too much. Minute details of him sneezing and other health updates were given regularly. Any pet lover should consider PetFelix for their pets as it surely becomes their second home. It is all the love and care he received over there, that he came home happily. In future also I would surely send him to his second home.

I was initially apprehensive to leave my dogs with them as they're a kennel boarding (and my dogs had only stated on a home boarding earlier). But they've taken good care of my dogs for 2 weeks during Diwali. They have different pens for each dogs, fully AC and they took very good care of their feed, grooming and exercise. A neat and clean place and a very large area to run around. The best part is that while they exercise your dogs, during the playtime, their staff makes them run, fetch etc (Your dogs are not unnecessarily made to mingle with the other dogs.). And it's really spacious facility - apparently the biggest boarding in Mumbai. My dogs came our fresh and clean, no ticks, no other issue. Also they send you like 4 videos a day - 2 mealtime videos, 2 playtime videos and the owner is always available for a chat, so I was really tension free all this while. Special mentions; 1. My elder dog showed early signs of ageing, was limping - and they took him immediately to a vet. 2. My younger dog wasn't eating well, so they gave him eggs on top of the food i provided. 3. They celebrated my younger dog's bday and gave them both icecreams since I couldn't be there. Really so thoughtful.

Hi , we kept our dog Yoshi at Petfelix in the 1st week of April this yr and we had a very good experience. Yoshi is a pandemic puppy , so has had limited social interactions with people....and therefor can be a bit temperamental sometimes.....we had not really left him at a boarding before this either. Sarvmeet at Petfelix helped us prepare Yoshi for the boarding. We were given an induction wherein we shared a detailed account of his nervousness around new people and also what causes him to react. The team managed him so well during the induction and the subsequent stay. We are so happy our bachaa had a nice time. Would highly recommend Petfelix to all pet parents. They know their stuff. Keep up the good work guys.

This was our first time using kennel facilities and i must say we were really impressed with the place . It was clean . Huge playing area for your pet and obviously Mr Oberoi and his staff are really good with pets . You can be rest assured that your pet is in safe hands while you are out of town .

Our Baby girl loves this place & her Favourite hoomans.. We left her here for 10 days and she had the time of her life. We were sent her activity videos everyday.. even now when we play those videos, she is ready with her leash and collar.. Ready to go!!

Their service and behavior towards the pets is so nice and caring.They makes pets and owners of pets happy. They feed pets fresh and nutritious food. A very wide field to run around and a tidy and clean spot. A truly great place.

We kept out dog Duggu in Petfelix in the last week of March. We really liked tye way he was onboarded. There was an induction and acclimatization session done before the stay which helped Duggu settle better. Duggu has a bit of possessive aggression , but the guys at Petfelix were able to manage him very well once we were able to explain to them the things that make him react. Sarvmeet was very patient in answering the numerous questions we had :) overall a very good experience. Recommended to all pet parents.

I loved this place for my pet as she was taken good care and kept comfortably. The owner is very professional and understands how to keep the pet comfortable. The place is very clean and hygienic and has plenty of space for running games and exercises for the pets to be done daily.
