I studied Guitar Lessons at Philips School of Music with Mr Philip earlier this year. The very first day, he asked, "What are your goals?" — by the end of the first practice I was behind the keys, holding down the chords. It was amazing! He picked up a guitar, and we were jamming a song Philip is an excellent teacher. He's a good listener, he didn't try to persuade me, he taught me exactly what I was hoping to learn which I really appreciate. He's an excellent communicator, patient, and superb musician. Lessons were fun, we shared music, and inspired one another. I would definitely recommend Philips School if you're interested in learning to play the drums!

I stumbled upon this sunny school from a friend who's daughter comes here as well. All I can say is that its worth every penny. we love her piano lessons and staff and teachers are amazing. All professional and very accommodating.I think Philips School of Music is the best.

I love Philips School of Music! My brother has attended other music schools but none as professional as Philips! The instructors are wonderful and inspire the students to learn and practice. My brother takes Piano and Guitar classes and absolutely loves it! he has been a student at Philips for almost 3 years and will continue to take classes and participate in their wonderful recitals!

This music school is hands down one of the best I've experienced. I went here to take Piano classes .. The teachers and faculties were top notch, not to mention the materials they used. Within a few months, I was able to play chords and music pieces!!! Philips facility has all the instruments / programs you would want your kids to learn / experiment too. Thank you for being this part of the neighbourhood gem!

After having taken many piano lessons from Philips School of Music over the past few years, I have come to appreciate their teaching style and ability to teach me what I need to learn at my musical level. I never thought studying piano would be this fun and rewarding! I have found that many professional musicians don't necessarily have what it takes to teach someone, especially a beginner like myself.
