Overall good experience but Too much people on Saturday and all representative quite busy... Parking is always issue for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers.... Nice pic of shivaji maharaj on wall it attracts my attention. Good thing is that they send representative for test drive at my home of hyundai car. Always preference to Garve.Mr vikram and Miss pratiksha are helpful

I purchased venue on 30-March-21 from this showroom. I had an amazing experience with our service provider Mr.Sanjay Chavan. He helped me in choosing our car as well as explained all the features and very kind with me. He also shown me that actual vehicle which I was getting. He did really good job from booking to delivery. Also, thanks to Alpesh sir for expediting the delivery period. I changed delivery date suddenly and was expecting delivery in very short period due to coming lock-down in Pune but they managed everything to deliver vehicle in short period. I am very glad about service provided by Garve Hyndai thanks to all team.

Worst customer service experience ever. DONOT book any car from this showroom, they are MISLEADING, CHEATING customer on the name of booking. I had booked a car almost 5 months ago and did not get booking id or any documents. The sales executives, manager is involved in this CHEATING. They will not reply , won't pick up calls and won't deliver the car ever. They will promise to deliver but when time arrives they will delay for months and again won't pick up calls. They are taking booking amount and selling the car somewhere else. DONOT book any car here .... This is a clear case of CHEATING.
