Worst after sales support. Even though they mention lifetime warranty on bill, they do no reply even after multiple follow ups. Avoid this shop if you are looking for peace of mind.

Wide range and variety of all furniture. Very competent rates. Good sales and service. We have purchased master bedroom set , TV unit , Shoe rack , etc. Now planning to go for sofas and bedroom set. Staff is very friendly and non-bothering ! They try to understand the requirements of customers and accordingly they show the sets and accessories. Overall it's a good experience !!

Unfortunately there is no negative rating here, would have rated the same. The shop is all show no substance, got a wardrobe 3 months back and the drawers have started falling apart. Broken in 2 sides - called Novel for a fix - 3 times in the last one week. Their guy is daily coming for a fix, absolutely unprofessional service. Don't go by their looks, quality is pretty poor and after sales service pathetic to say the least.
