Hi Everyone This broker name is Mr. Ram is kind of gunda. He is very polite during when you enquiry about rented flat. But he always take andlords side during vacate the flat. I have real incident , i have given 1 month advance notice before leaving but my landlord hold my Security deposit so i did not submit flat key and left Pune. This guy broked my locked and entered in my flat. After number of calls He fixed my meeting with landloard and landloard and he blammed on me and tried to deduct 30k from my deposit. He said it was written in agreement that before leaving you should paint the walls. He prepared one copy for same , I belived no one noticed when signature on agreement paper. I was not aware that it was mentioned in clause. But when I read my agreement copy there were no such terms and condition mentioned. He cheated me with landloard. Please stay safe from such types of broker. Don't go with good rating he always force to everone to give review on google when you done agreement. Be safe such types of person who always trying to take benifit from outsiders.

We shifted to life republic, marunji. Excellent support given by Mr. Ram and his associates, from doorstep service for online rent agreement registration to helping get all facilities and work done at the new flat. Very courteous and professional brokerage firm. Will recommend to everyone.

Worst service. That guy named Ram does not even respond to any queries after handing over the keys. Guys when you choose this guy as your agent, please be very sure to get your deposit back before you hand over the keys. otherwise you can forget your money back, Its as simple as that. I am not sure why the hell he charges the brokerage, when he cant even take responsibility. Simple suggestion - please use no broker app, at least they do not cheat :)

Broker was very helpful and supportive. Everytime available to talk and explain things and coordinate with the owner for any clarifications I needed. I did not personally visited the house but they understood my requirements and found me a house as per my requirements. Overall very helpful and i would recommend anyone to contact them for any assistance required for your house hunt.
