It makes me wonder how come so many positive reviews when this new venture is not even close to "customer satisfaction" Looking at all the positive reviews on google (& thought they're real) I booked for their doorstep service. It didn't take too long to figure out all this is just fake. I could see my car was delivered the way it was taken but they claimed full servicing has been done. Disappointing to see the real guys missing out on the opportunities just because of such scammers !!

They are really money minded and no technical person was there they are only good in body polishing but worst in engine and transmission work and their customer care service is worst in world Don’t go for any engine service thing for them.

Pitstop is the worst and I recommend everybody to stay away . I would like to highlight MR Richard who was in charge of my vehicle . I don't understand why he is employed my vehicle was serviced , one of the part was not available so I took delivery and placed order for the part it's been 1.5 months they don't answer m calls or messages . Who's going to give me my money or the part I need a reply pitstop
